I saw it a few weeks back (as I'm one of those English type people) and it's okay, a lot better than the trailer suggested but nowhere near as good as The Raid.

I'm surprised that many have claimed this episode was short on laughs - admittedly the first section prior to meeting Lynch was, but that was clearly intentional, but from that point onwards it was fantastic stuff. Lynch just shouting "Start!" had me laughing out loud, for instance…

And The Idiots is a fairly upbeat piece, at least for Von Trier. There's a lot of humour in The Kingdom as well, so I don't think he's as bleak as some suggest.
