Galloping for Tina's behoof.
Galloping for Tina's behoof.
He could play Jermane, a wild horse who rivals Jericho for Tina's affection but eventually learns from Tina that she doesn't have to be a one-horse girl.
It is a silly name, but I actually kind of like that about it. And I love the title presentation in each episode so far, just playing ominous music with MR. ROBOT displayed on screen in an oversized red font. This show seems to delight in contrasts and the name is part of the fun the show has with itself.
Agree on all points. And Len's "Steal My Sunshine" was the last song I'd ever think to hear on Mr. Robot. It starkly and hilariously contrasted with everything we've seen of the show so far. This show's sense of humor is great.
So, The AV Club isn't covering Mr. Robot?
I also unapologetically like and appreciate Garrison Keillor and A Prairie Home Companion. The show often features great musical guests, and Keillor's humor is packed with a literate wit delivered with a charm that you can't really find anywhere else without being subjected to things like a defense of the confederate…
I was sort of hoping that it would be a reveal of a previously unnoticed guy in a gorilla suit walking in the middle of the scene, but this was amusing too.
Those marriages are next on the slippery slope.
It's like "Christians? Later, dude."
Agreeing with Sturgill Simpson, Shovels & Rope (particularly O' Be Joyful, but also check out Shovel & Rope from when Shovels & Rope were going by Cary Ann Hearst & Michael Trent), Amanda Shires (wife of another brilliant country artist and former Drive-By Truckers member, Jason Isbell), Brandy Clark, and Holly…
I'm looking forward to the porn parody of this.
"Proprietary GM Cinnamon Girl"
I know it'll never happen, but it'd be amazing if you could actually go into the theater in Midgar and watch Loveless.
Bugenhagen! I miss that guy.
The racist stereotyping of Barrett's dialogue might be forgivable if it were voiced by Jive Lady.
I delight in every time Drawlight pronounces Mr. Norrell's name. There's a lot to like about this series, but so far that line reading sits atop it all (even over Strange's spell to save the capsizing ship, which was breathtaking).
Yes! I can barely see by the time everyone gets their hands on Stevesie's shoulder.
I mostly blame the "Playground Love" music video for my 15+ year long gum addiction (also Monica Geller) and my hope that one day an adorable chewed up wad of gum will start singing around me.
This must be what the rapture would feel like for those left behind. Or the characters in The Leftovers.
Kind of.
