Looking at the current season, it's maybe a tad under last season's, but it's probably because of no-less than three holiday episodes that were a bit better last season's. Still more than a dozen episode to go!

I think Bob loves Louise but his connection to Tina is definitely stronger, like he's really trying to get her (when he taught her to drive!) But it's probably due to the fact she's older, so as a teen he can relate to her more already.

Very good example: this episode is about how Bob is way more comfortble and having great times with Louise than Gene. And for once father and son bond over something! That's like "the exception to confirm the rule", to translate a French idiomatic phrase!
