I really see no problem or need any suspension of disbelief in this situation; Yes, they are going along with her plan and accepting her orders. However this is not because she is white, but because she offers a solution, however bad it is!

Thank you! Seriously, this just seems to be the cartoonesque replay of "the window is blue because the author expreses bla bla bla!". The witch running the rebellion is white (by the way, I read that she was mexican, don't know if that's true) because the friggin' actress they chose was white!

As a Frenchman ( but mostly just as a non- inhabitant of the US, I think), I' m a lot less sensitive to the race issue. I get that it still is a gaping wound in America's Psyche and that such choices like a white leader of a mostly black coven apparently strikes all US citizens as highly symbolic.
But I really don't

Ok, whatever the narrative qualities of this episode (I was incredibly disappointed, but hey! I'm just a fool with an opinion), did everyone notice how freaking BAD the animation was? I mean, honestly! Every scene had all but the talking character stand stock still until it was his turn to take up the conversation,

Nah! Introducing a gay relationship for no other reason than to say: "look! we're supporting gay rights" without any scenaristic reason behind it is one of the cheapest moves a tv show can make in my opinion. Yes, that also counts for lesbian action, although I certainly enjoy it.

Oh please! Stop lashing out, this is not sexist and this is not meant to be over-analysed! THIS IS SPAR… er THIS IS HUMOR!!! accept it as such, laugh a bit, and please stop getting on your high horse over a simple joke!
No, seriously. don't want to upset you, and I understand where you are coming from, but, sometimes,
