I don't watch TWD on air, but I did kind of like him on Singled Out. Watching him barely try to hide his contempt for the douchebag fratboy contestants was one of the most entertaining parts of the show.

Also, as badass as the group has gotten, I don't think Glenn has had to take down any living humans yet. Rick (and Shane) did most or all of the dirty work, right? He'd probably still be nervous.
