To me, it came off mostly as the latter.

He is a tiny tiny man. Watch the music video for You Can Call Me to compare a 6' 4" Chevy Chase with a 5' 3" Paul Simon.
I thought this episode was pretty great. There were some hilarious call-backs to some venerable SNL skits, that were well-executed (and not solely dependent on a nostalgia factor).
It took me a really long time to place the actor playing Strickland Stevens as 'that guy from Harvard Sailing Team'.
Nah, she pops out to shit on Enlightened reviews as well.
This was a highly entertaining episode, and incredibly sweet. Never in my life would I have guessed that I secretly wanted Arbor Day to be my favorite holiday. And Luke Perry as the ghost of Arbor Days past, present, and future was kind of brilliant. Actually, all of it was brilliant.
It sounds a bit like Ventura Highway by America.
Of all the things David Sims, or most people in the world, care about…I'm pretty sure the "official" title of Justin Bieber fans is not at the top of the list.
I audibly groaned when I saw the Californians set being prepped during the first commercial break. If I'm remembering correctly Christina Applegate did both the Californians AND the Booker T. Washington sketches. If the writers are bringing back certain sketches based upon how they expect the hosts to perform,…
I think you bring up a good point. But wasn't Rob Huebel's character AJ a pretty nice guy? If I'm remembering correctly, wasn't his only crime not proposing? I don't know that that really makes him a jerk or an idiot. He didn't really have a lot of screentime, so I think it's a stretch to label him as such.

I thought you said Catholics were the stupidest people on the planet. Kind of contradicting yourself here.
The fact remains that you are continuing to make blanket statements about a group of people. Should every man go to hell because Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, and Ted Bundy were horrible people? You are looking at a subset of a large population and extrapolating in a way that is unjustified and inappropriate.
I'm not sure if you just like making incendiary comments, but given that most of your comments are pretty negative, I'm assuming you do.
As someone who sees Parks and Recreation about a show that celebrates Leslie Knope, I have to disagree that it leans heavily upon romance. I feel like the platonic nature of the Leslie-Ron relationship is one of the cornerstones of the show. It's "crutch" (and it's really more of a central theme) is that Leslie is a…
I think another one was Fuzzypants. These are the shows you want on your resume if you're going to direct children's television shows.
I enjoyed the gag up until the scene in the bathroom when he turns to the side and the prostheses become very pronounced.
She says that she thought 8 guys was the pinnacle, now it's crystals.

Maybe Ann did have a Mark box, but she wasn't ready to let that one go yet?
