I would agree that this episode is the weakest of the season, but C-?

I would say that 'Luxury Lounge' is the second weakest episode of the series (behind 'A Hit is a Hit'), although I also enjoyed the Artie stuff - everything with Sir Ben just seemed to exist so that they could shown off that BEN KINGSLEY was on the show.
Probably depends on whether you count 6A and 6B as two seperate seasonas as 6B really should get 8 As and an A- for 'Chasing It'.
I think this is emphasised by the fact that the early seasons had lots of guest writers and directors, but they got less and less until 6B was written almost entirely by Chase, Winter an Weiner ad the direction was by the two regular directors (TVP and Taylor) as well as two writers and the regular cinematographer.
Absolutely loved this episode, in part because it almost seemed like a combination of two of my other favorite Sopranos episodes - From Where to Eternity and The Test Dream.
For me, it's still a very good episode, but it's just not as good as the rest of 6B, where all of the other episodes are Great
That was Allen Coulter on Luck, not Alan Taylor, and yes I'd agree that it was te best directed episode of Luck
Todd
As a whole, I'd say this season was of a comparable quality to season 2 - ie. better than 3 (which I still liked), but not quite as good as 1.
Does anyone know why no Tim Van Patten for the second season?
