My sincere hope is that Robert Patrick plays Agent John Doggett, and his only dialogue is parroted directly from The X-Files.

It's a big commitment, OK?!

I have, and it's so great. She's intelligent and classy and altogether lovely. I kind of want to be her best friend.

Is the first season of Lost Girl essential, or would it be alright to jump in on it now?

Mr. Citizen was doing the same thing. I expected more of a lumbering guy, but this makes sense somehow.

I remember being caught off guard and rushed along exactly the same way when I read ACOK, though. (Ha. ACOK.) Renly's a favorite character of mine, but his death isn't a tearjerker so much as a reality check.

Oh, that's beautiful.

I was shocked when I saw this article that it WASN'T about Vampires Suck. Who knew there were two direct Twilight spoofs?

It does not sound better than Drag Race. Not at all in any way.

Nah, he definitely said "teacup," which is indeed a little bit horrifying. Chip is, what, 9? (NO I DO NOT KNOW THAT)

A sandwich and a wig and a new set of teeth.

Was it gold?

I can't be alone in thinking that death fakeouts are the worst part of these books. Sometimes they land and they're incredible, but by the fifth book it feels tired. I will admit that Jon's in particular got the strongest reaction out of me, and that I think it was carried off very effectively. (And yes, I'm assuming
