I tend to go into anything where Albini talks with a grain of salt, but there wasn't a sentence up there that wasn't insanely cathartic. It would be a disservice to such a godawful song to serve it up with anything less brutal than the systematic limb-by-limb take-down that happened up there.

God, that was fantastic. If I had one complaint of that excellent fourth season, it's that it explored mostly outwards, offering the weirdest and the most bizarre that Ooo had to offer. I had to wonder if the writers were treating the show's weird premise like a blank check, and doing whatever strange thing they

The main difference being that even without the bomb going off (and, assumedly, the Mushroom Wars never happening… or at least, transpiring sans detonation), AT's world still seemed to have a pretty serious impoverished Middle Ages thing going on.

Tracy's monologue about informed decisions was a thing of beauty. Also, I saw the kiss at the end coming a mile away, but I liked that instead of just going for some nervous gay panic chuckles, the actors milked it for all the physical comedy they could. Scott Adsit needs to be given more to do on this show before it

I'm gonna assume overdose of creative control. Lucas was riding pretty high at the onset of the prequels and no one was gonna tell him otherwise. He told meandering stories that focused not on existing as entertaining films, but as educational material regarding the history and geography of the universe he made up. If

I haven't seen the OC, but it gave a pretty big bump to some of my favorite underrated bands (Tally Hall, Butch Walker and the Whatever-He-Was-Calling-His-Backing-Band-That-Weeks). And I see on my Facebook feed that there's a new Self tune in this flick. I think I'd find Schwartz's music library more entertaining than

For people who made it clear they don't like doing interviews because they feel the more they talk about a film, the more it bastardizes the craftsmanship of it, their responses are not concise.

Antoine Dodson avatar makes this comment perfect. I shouldn't have to say why.

Stipe is one of those people who was romantically involved with both genders but "doesn't believe in labels". Which would be a more admirable attitude if openly bisexual men didn't have to constantly fight general public consensus that they don't exist.

Is this really a big deal, though? As a gay singer/songwriter, I find it particularly frustrating to write songs about gay relationships without making the gayness a distraction, gender neutrality is tricky and inherently vague, and sometimes there'll just be a rhyme pertaining to something feminine that's too good to
