The same pokemons spawn in the same nests by design so you go out exploring. Every few weeks the nests change.

It's still a fine game if all you care about is collecting virtual creatures and not expecting any kind of deep experience from it. I'm looking forward to the Apple Watch app so it can add some sense of achievement to my workouts.
