I always enjoyed the characters on the show more than i enjoyed some of the plot choices. Losing Stark was big loss for the show and the Carter/Allison romance never really worked for me. Margo Martindale is awesome. I wish she hadnt been cast in a role where it is unlikely that she can come back on a regular basis. She should have a big role on something i like to watch.

To me it has never been that Louis isnt competent its his weasely nature and looking to be a climber. He is a dick who seems loyal only to himself and his ambition. Its obvious that you cant be sure he will have your back if a better offer comes along.

Its a running theme where people expect loyalty and obedience without providing rational for the actions. You saw it with harvey and the bankruptcy dude. The idea that if you just trusted me and did i what i said there wouldnt have been a problem. People trusting in hierarchy alone.
