They didn´t "get rid" of Morris. Morris was just helping Linehan out by appearing at the beginning.

"That money was just resting in my account!"
"Down with this sort of thing!   Careful now!"

"The Work Outing".  Wow, that is one of the funniest episodes of anything I have ever seen, although "The Speech" in Season 3 (the Internet is a small box) is pretty close.

No man wants to be a pop star. He wants to live like a Rock Star!

The 'it's not porn it's art!' defense never seems to work when I pin up those pictures from Maxim in the office.

Yeah, it's OK. I guess the likes of Kolchak, Fringe and X-Files have drunk the Monster-of-the-week well pretty dry, but there's still some interesting ideas in this one so far.

That lingerie was actually an important part of the plot!

I love The Office and Extras, but even I'm getting sick of Gervais. He's been in An Idiot Abroad and Lifes Too Short in the couple of months.

The Wire is truly the Velvet Undergound of TV shows.

Yes, top job. Payne is a great interview subject. There's one in the NY Times that's almost as interesting as this one.

It's all about the subtext: Blowjobs.

Well, they seem to have handsomed-up Sarkozy a little, as biopics usually do, so God knows what amazing looking creature will be playing Carla  Bruni.

A nice life indeed. Well played Sir, well played!

Don't see how you can be sure on Obama. I don't see a scenario where there is a 3rd candidate from the Tea Party. The Republicans can't mess this one up. The Bush tax cuts expiry will concentrate minds, and they have to consider their Supreme court majority being in

Futurama references > Simpson references due to element of surprise.

I forsee a BSG style reboot which will initially be lauded as a savage indictment of Obama-era America, and will end on a whimper when everyone realises the writers didn't really have things thought through when they started.

ALF! ALF! ALF!

He was probably happy back then seeing one of the biggest bands in the world being influenced by his sound.
