I think everyone was ready to sell it was all going to go down, but there was a dispute between how much the Sounds would pay and how much the city would pay. I could be wrong.

There's no seems racially divided in Nashville, but spot on that it's more of a class issue than anything else. Despite all the old Southern money in this town, the infrastructure is surprisingly bad, and the school system is just abhorrent. If you can't get into a magnet school, you're effed in the Metro school…
