yeah but then you'll stay fat by going to Planet Fitness. We're talking about a place where the trainers actually say, "Here have a pizza."

You hit the nail on the head - human beings were built to perform physically demanding tasks as part of our survival. It makes sense that our mental well-being is tied to that.

Not taking the bait, troll. Begone!

Planet Fitness is for middle-aged ladies who like to sit at the various leg machines and not insert the pin on any weight plates. They then reward themselves with the free popcorn & pizza "because they earned it".

"The problem is I don't know how to feel about this. I don't know how much better I would feel being any thinner"

All of the due process rules in "the real world" are thrown out the window. The accused is always presumed guilty and adjudication (usually being expelled) occurs swiftly.

Hopefully you never have cause to learn the legal rules that many college campuses have. One of the law profs at Harvard said she'd never let her sons attend a school that has an accusation resolution process like the one they have there.

I just hope all of the computer science & engineering students carry MacBooks. And that the campus IT department is all macs

It has - the unique web clicks that occur on this site have increased increased steadily over the past 2 years or so, since the exodus of pop culture writers & influx of "let's shoe-horn feminism & racism into everything" writers.

I'm pretty sure the entire point of this article was to generate clicks, thus driving up advertising revenue. Sonya's worth her weight in gold, as are the other extreme-leftist writers on staff. They write an article (under the veil of pop culture) but with a focus on any of the usual "-isms", and it's like printing

Hit the nail on the head with that. The reality is, if you look around the rest of the country, and not just Brooklyn, most women would not want to be Dunham, nor want their children to emulate her. And that's even with the money she was born into & has made on her own.

I agree, she definitely has the body of a power-lifter.

"You can get out of reading a Lena Dunham article with this one weird trick the AV Club doesn't want you to know"

That's victim-blaming.

How does one put a hit out on themselves?

No he came up with his name as a tribute to Sandow, the "Father of Modern Bodybuilding" while wrestling in the Florida circuit. Damien's real name is Aron Haddrid

Wait a second - so Marah was working with Klickstein on a project and it fell through? And then O'Neal ok'd an article that reads like a hit piece on the guy?
Pop culture journalism has about as much integrity as video game journalism.

Smallville takes the cake for the worst way to shoe-horn product placement into the already wooden, clumsy dialogue. I remember Chloe just straight up reciting some of the slogans, like with Strident chewing gum.

There's going to be like 80 trillion Starlord costumes this year. It'll rival that Gungam Style guy from a few years back

I'll always remember her intro on that SNL anniversary special where she talked about Phil Hartman before showing their dance together.
RIP
