Not sure you're right about that. In that scene, Finch was definitely claiming the machine cares.

Sure, I can see what you mean. But at the same time, I guess what I'm
getting at is, does it even "care" about the team? The numbers, for example, may be "irrelevant" in the way Finch sees them (victims of violent crimes), but many of them are crucial to the Machine itself, as is the team. In Allegiance, the episode…
That's fucking cold, but highly possible…
So, quick question, and please no spoilers if you can help it!
Yeah, I, too, am amazed at the dramatic 180 this season.
This episode was very "meh" for me, maybe "meh +". But then again, I ran out of bourbon early on…
That's Doctor Wells to you!
I'm trying to catch up, so I've been selling plasma and bone marrow to pay for Amazon Instant Video. I'm in the middle of season three right now, but I discovered that I missed a few important flashbacks during season one, so I have to go back and pick up the episodes that I skipped. This show is pretty awesome,…
"I'd say she's… in line… at the bank. This is fun." Fucking hilarious.
100%.
And retcon season 7? And call a mulligan on River Song?
Oh, shit. Right. Forgot about that turd, only remembered the earlier steamer. Super-fast Master. Right…
I think the Master's gender swap had been foreshadowed by Davies at the end of "Last of the Time Lords," when a woman picks up the Master's signet ring from the funeral pyre. It is cool, though, that Moffatt followed through.
I was hoping he'd at least get an arrow in the knee, just to learn 'em.
Right. Thanks! So, Kansas City to Denver, or Portland to SF. Hmmm… Definitely an overnight trip, with countless delays, likely ending with a short bus ride.
"The fact that Barry still only has eyes for Iris even after Felicity shows up to trivia night in that dress is a little hard to swallow…" Yeah. Seriously. No one "accidentally" overdresses for trivia night at a coffee shop. Barry, you fool!
Yeah, you could see that coming from a mile away. Ward is exactly the kind of prisoner you need to wrap up tight and load into the van with a handtruck.
This show has become pretty watchable. Would be a shame if they fracked it up by tying it too closely to the upcoming Marvel films, as the worst episodes of the show, for me, have been those when the show was picking up the pieces from the movies.
This episode was a stinker. Had to light a match in the living room after it was over.
Oh wow. Funny. Not sure I even knew that she was in that movie…
