So in the trailer, Superman's chest hair doesn't appear burn off in whatever fire he happens to be fighting. I'm fine with that, but it makes me wonder: if his body hair is invulnerable to fire, then wouldn't it be invulnerable to razors? How does he shave his Super-stubble? Shouldn't he look like Billy Gibbons with a

Good advice. If I wasn't such a pussy I'd stay up.

I thought the same thing: I don't think I've seen anything like that before. Really top-notch gross out.

I'm curious about what the arc of this show will look like, assuming it is renewed. The Wiki article on it says that the show will adapt Red Dragon as the "basis" for season four (whatever that means). If true, I wonder if the show will focus on the Chesapeake Ripper (i.e., Lecter) and his capture in season three? So

Great understated menace in Lector's conversation with Lounds.

“You find any shiitakes?” Holy shit. Seriously disgusting. I picked the wrong thing to watch while eating breakfast. Live and learn.

This episode was cloying and not very funny, and a good example of why I have become totally indifferent to this show. I get more laughs at department meetings. A-?

"Hi boys and girls, I'm Jimmy Carl Black and I'm the Indian of the group." Great album.

I, too, was surprised by the mobility of his arms while he was hitting the water.

Wimpy Oliver is the best Oliver. I almost expect him to whine about wanting to go to Tosche Station to pick up some power converters…

Maybe they spray aerosol Vertigo over the crowd.

How bad was the "music" in Ollie's club? Drinks would have to be very, very free to get me to listen to that for longer than it took to think of another place to go for the night.

I don't have a problem with a woman—or anyone—writing about their feelings in a "confessional" way. What bugs the living fuck out of me is a 23-year old woman—or any adult—writing about her feelings like a 12- or 13-year old girl.

Doing the makeup on this show must have been a bitch every day.

I liked it. Laughed a lot. Could have been the margaritas, though…

I second this. What the hell else are sf fans going to watch right now? Most of the sf shows on a recent list at i09 are either coming soon, total crap, or cartoons (http://io9.com/5977563/is-t….

I like it. Good plot. Fun tech. Nice leads. Plus time travel. Weekly coverage would be great.

Nope, it's based on an event related to a criminal conspiracy that happened in central Kentucky in the 80's, recounted in Sally Denton's almost unreadable book, The Bluegrass Conspiracy. Drew Thornton, a Kentucky cop-turned-drug-dealer, fell out of the sky in Knoxville, TN, with guns, drugs, and money when his
