I bailed after 2 episodes of FTWD so the rest of you can suffer as much as you want. Why I keep watching TWD is a mystery even to me.

Does anybody remember the compelling unfolding of the first season of the original iteration of this show? It's as if they really have forgotten the past and have no idea about the future.
And I'm out. Finishing this season was about as painful as any before but glad I can let it go now. The Strain began a steep downhill slide long ago and it shows absolutely no sign of improvement. So long suckers!
New, favorite comedy. Lowe is perfect foil to Savage's straight man and it's great to see Savage back in front of the camera in this new role. I understand he was doing a lot of directing but now seems the perfect time for him to return after avoiding an awkward transition.
I thought the first season of Heroes was one of the best in TV history. Then it went to hell. When they announced a reboot, I thought it meant they had a great concept to give the network trust but this is on the level of the worst of the first iteration. Everything is bad. Acting, action choreography,…
He also clones bandaids on his fingers.
The writers are either extremely bad or they think the viewers are extremely stupid. Example would be of Noah and the other guy in the waiting room when Noah Says "Remember, construction accident. The bullet went clean through so say it was a nail gun"
I'm sure that I'll be pilloried for this but I found Damon's performance to be off putting. I'm not sure who would be better in this role but he wasn't the right choice.
Hate to say this but the show's biggest weakness is the lead for Gordon. I don't buy the character and he's not getting any better. He should have been replaced for the second season.
It's like Gilligan's Island except Eichhorst is the Island and every episode they almost solve their problem but "Thwarted again!" and so it all continues. No progress in sight.
This is exactly right. Oh sure, it's fine to incorporate the horrors of the Holocaust for light entertainment but oh my god, let there be the threat of sexual violence and suddenly the world collapses.
But that is one of the reasons the show is so fun. Just like the Romero movies where the hero could very likely die, you never know who is going to get it in this one. The last episode had one character on the edge of death and squeezed it for far longer than any other show could have because you really didn't know…
It absolutely fulfills the expectations of the audience and understands what it is there to provide. It's insane and fun and often hilarious. George Romero always made sure to include those elements in his movies. The Walking Dead is like your humorless literature professor was mistakenly signed up to write the…
So this show basically is all about a collection of villains and good guys, all of which are infuriating in their incompetence and that incompetence repeatedly assures that they will not succeed in the majority of things they attempt.
Community has finally become irrelevant. It's become what MASH turned into, a circle of characters that spend all their time together despite their supposed differences. It's fallen into a lazy and boring pattern.
Community was great once but should have been allowed to die.
Seemed weirdly desperate to me.
In the movie Idiocracy, there is a TV show called "Ow, My Balls!" that is wholly made up of people being hit in the balls. The point of the movie is that 500 years in the future, our culture will have descended to the very lowest level possible. I see that we are ahead of schedule.
This show is falling apart. It's gotten to where everything hinges on people consistently not behaving in normal ways because otherwise their conflicts wouldn't escalate. Ray could easily tell his wife that the kid he pushed out the door was carrying a loaded gun. But of course that wouldn't have given us the…
I cheated and looked it up "asesino en serie" but before letting google do the work for me, I pretty much assumed that serial killers exist in most societies and would be familiar to a somebody who happens to live in mexico. Especially somebody so deeply involved in the crime trade.
Before the wallet flew out, I was wondering why he was pulling his pants down so violently. Then when it came out I thought he intentionally did all that to show his wife that his wallet falls out all the time and then I thought "well that was stupid because you're taking your pants off." and then it turned out…
