My problem with this episode is had he planned to kill peter off from the very start? Or did Frank just seize the opportunity to wrap everything up nicely in a suicide. I saw this like a month ago and it still bothers me.

I just though of something. Su Su mentioned that the school didn’t have a special needs
program. And I think it was the first season Brittney mentioned cheating off of
Becky. So they never really go into what’s up with Brittney as in if she’s
special needs or just learning disabled. 
But I think Becky was freaking out…
