I actually watched Fright Night not long ago…
There is definitely work to be done on it though with room for improvement.
They would need to tighten up the whole "trying to convince others I'm not crazy" part of the script. It also suffers really badly from dated soundtrack and clothing.

My brother & his family moved down to Tampa area years ago. That whole corridor from Tampa to Orlando is right wing Glenbeckistan. Extreme polarized thinking and lifestyles around that area. Uncomfortable tension in the city and the countryside all over down there.
