Infinite pussy is beyond man's abilty to conceptualize, ergo it must exist.

Fun fact about the Confederate battle flag: the familiar "Southern Cross" pattern originally appeared only in the upper-left corner on a field of pure white.  Of course, carrying a mostly white flag into battle caused some easily forseeable—and hilarious—problems, ultimately forcing a redesign.

This actually happened.

I'm a staunch supporter of the reunification of the Virginias. It's the perfect way to grant Puerto Rico statehood without having to change all our flags.

I get that Andrea's done a lot of frustratingly stupid things this season, but she's not a moron, she's an abuse victim.

To me, this is one of the defining themes of The Walking Dead: victims stay with their abusers not out of fear or weakness, but because they can't stop loving the people who hurt them.

"Floating in a sea of kerosene" is Pissed Jeans' official candle scent.

You are my least favorite gimmick commenter.

That gun is being studied by top men.

Indeed.  The association with Nazi icons began in the '40s, but by the '60s the symbol had begun to supplant what it signified. Swastikas and all the rest originally meant you'd killed Nazis, but they ended up meaning you were one.

War trophies we very common in WWII. And you're right, they've been popular basically forever.

If I still lived in Chicago I could claim it was a Blues Brothers reference.

As a next-level hipster, I'm now wearing a Nazi uniform ironically.

That's also the reason for bikers' long-time association with Nazi icons.

I can understand collecting Nazi memorabilia from a standpoint of lurid fascination.  I myself have a modest collection of Ceaucescu-era Romanian Communist medals, and trust me, my interest in them doesn't come from any endorsement of the ideology they represent.

Designed by Hugo Boss.  True story.

Exactly. Sims may have found this episode a little lacking in laugh-out-loud moments, but Armond had some real gems.

"Snoop Tyrannosaurus" FTW.

That's the thing about these movies, @avclub-e463f97ca6bc46b1ba706474e108c7e1:disqus : in general, the less nakedly derivative of Tarantino they are, the better they are. So asking "Are there any good Tarantino knockoffs?" is basically answering your own question.

@drdarke:disqus  It is indeed pretty unbelieveable.

In 2007 Katee Sackhoff starred in The Last Sentinel, a Dispatches-worthy movie if ever there was one.
