My mistake, I thought that is was a direct-to-video one, but further research proves that in fact it was the FIRST theatrically released Nickelodeon film to boast a PG-13 rating.

JFK (in spite of the fact that I'm pretty sure it's mostly bullshit and, like Nixon, strangely homophobic) is a pretty compelling movie. I also liked Platoon, and parts of the aforementioned Nixon.

I had to look that up, and found out that "On its opening weekend, Oogieloves became the biggest box office bomb of all time for films released in at least 2,000 theaters."
