Seasons 2, 4 and 5 are all in that category for me, which means we broadly agree for the most part, except that I liked season 5 more than you did.
My favourite is The Hobo Code, followed by the obligatory The Wheel and Nixon v. Kennedy. Between Sal's incredibly sad and beautifully executed story and the finest moment we've ever had from Don's past (and I've liked all of the Don's flashbacks stuff) it made for a remarkably powerful episode that caught me even…
I've always disliked Darth Maul. Motherfucker has a fantastic character design, but he is one of the flattest villains I think I've ever seen, let alone in Star Wars. He's no Vader or Jabba. He's a whole bunch of wasted potential.
Is it just Q's best lines?
But it's on Mondays now, for some reason. I guess I'll watch it in an Animation block with Adventure Time and Steven Universe.
Slightly over three years ago. Three years and a couple of weeks. Seems like a grey area, but it should count. I wholeheartedly support this.
Illusions, mratfink!
Well, actually, it would've been The Wire's fourth season. Journalism/media was going to be the final season no matter what number it was. Simon himself explained this in an interview.
Don't forget the Christmas special about Mister Hyunh reuniting with his daughter. God, that show was great.
I'd be willing to become the show runner just to punch Kirkman in the face for ruining whatever potential his own creation had. I'm just assuming I wouldn't be able to actually fix it because of him.
Yeah, sadly enough, even things like BBT have a devoted fan-base. I've met way too many of them for there not to be.
Fair enough. Then I'll just grant you that I know little about music and that I like the song. It seems like a fitting tribute to Murphy, to me.
I get where you come from. I like Adrianna and Chris enough to be fairly easy on A Hit is a Hit, and I suspect I'd be even easier on if it had Livia or Junior too. You're right that Hesh's line there was great.
I saw from Boca to Isabella in season one of The Sopranos. That was some great stuff, even with A Hit is a Hit in the middle.
I'm not a big fan of Homerpalooza, but I love the other two.
Murphy's just like Patton Oswalt on King of Queens there.
Likewise.
It's easily one of my favourite season 6 and post-season 4 episodes of The Simpsons.
I know most fans of the show hate Jazzman. I don't get it.
