I enjoy How I Met Your Mother, but don't watch it regularly.

Sweet shirt, Rabin!
I got one of those at their show in NYC. They even autographed it for me. If yours autographed?
This show doesn't have broad appeal because it's oftentimes quite depressing. The standup parts are obviously funny, but the rest of the show is often sad and melancholy the rest of the time. It's Seinfeld for much more depressed person. Jerry joked about everyday non-serious situations that we all just kind of…
I went to his show at Radio City in NYC on this tour. I couldn't help be disappointed by it. Tickets were $80 and the fucking guitar man…he played like 5-6 songs that night. Why am I paying to see you play the guitar, dude?
True Story
Oh yeah, I totally remember reading about this when it happened? Don't you guys? It was totally one of those "Where were you when …?"

Yes, I say "fuck me in the goat ass" more often than is probably healthy.
The most underrated line in Happy Gilmore for me is when he gets run over by the Volswagen and the doctor tells him he's badly hurt:
I just went to Governor's Ball here in NYC this weekend and - at age 30 - might have been the oldest person there. Granted, this was a dance music based festival, but still…I think these are fine if you can get some quality drugs in you. Otherwise pass.
I think Burton/Depp is the one I was thinking of primarily. And maybe that's because they've overstayed their welcome. Viggo/Croenenberg seem to be doing fine, but I wonder if sometimes an actor gets cast that isn't right for the role just because he's 'my guy'.

HOT
Also, do people like it when a director/actor team up like Viggo and Cronenberg are doing now? Or is that annoying?
We used to take a Ford Explorer and drive to the county roads outside of town and then one of us would get up on the luggage rack. We'd hang on while driving really fast. I got up to 85-90.
Gibberish, I just don't think it's a stretch to say that people that make their living doing stupid stunts probably party a bit hard and tend to make ill-advised decisions. Like if Amy Winehouse or Artie Lange die this way will you be surprised?
Same here. Still though, this seemed inevitable for some of these guys.
I can't believe they actually named an album "Don't Tread on Me".
"I really don't know how the Stripes ever got as big as they did."
Fuck you for reminding me of that.
Me too, Skywarp. While I haven't listened to them in a long time I still think they're first 4 albums are good, but after that I got off the bandwagon.
Asuka, thank you for saving some of my face. While my error was bad, I'm still in the camp that pointing it out and getting pissed about it is much more annoying.
