I never imagined there would be another scene where Sherlock wakes up Joan. That was a nice treat.

Makes sense though, about Kitty calling Watson by that name, since she heard the name from Sherlock for months before ever meeting her or anyone else that knew her.

I'm really happy Steven got that moment. Giving Sadie her moment was really nice too.

Kyle MacLachlan has done a great job filling the void left by Bill Paxton, one of the best things about season 1.

I would just assume spending time in the Spirit World is much more enjoyable than spending time locked in your prison cell, regardless of enlightenment.

As fun as The Casebook for Sherlock Holmes would be to read, I would be much more interested in Kitty's book, and having it cover her time with Sherlock overseas.

Given her canon counterpart, there is a distinct possibility that is where the story will end up.
