Miller did his American accent in the episode. It's pretty amazing how those with British accents can pull off an American accent that makes them sound unrecognizable.

I liked learning about different neurological disorders, since despite the schizophrenia by the main character not really being too close to reality, the show did do its research, and usually highlighted one neurological phenomena an episode.
JG Quintel's promoting this week's episode on his twitter, saying it's gonna be kind of a big deal. Something big's gonna happen for sure tonight.
You mean geometry can be actually useful in life?
Dr. Strange and magic is going to end up being a thing in the Marvel universe. Magic should be a good enough answer now.
Nobody ever alienated their friends on Instagram with their blackish obsession.
Kinda also reinforces stereotypes with the overly stuffy and workaholic Asian, but then again Cho already played that in Harold and Kumar. And I think I'm the only one that even points that out.
That reminds me, how is Black-ish doing?
Good piece of advice. Keep the thumb on the outside.
Knew Carlos would be my favorite character, but I laughed at Larry's scenes more than I even think I should have. Otherwise B- seems about right. Feel like the show needs a bit more of something.
Donald Faison's in the episode too? Guess what I'm going to be watching.
Actually I've never really watched 30 Rock either, though I've heard only good things about it. But I do know it delivers on what you're asking for: a platonic relationship.
This episode would have annoyed me a lot more if I didn't know Selfie was already cancelled. An entire episode based on the will-they/won't they relationship, without really addressing the flaws from either character and them growing from it is not very fun for me. But, hopefully the show's cancellation was done…
30 Rock.
You see Stan's face in the end credits.
No idea. But the series has been consistent with mentioning the big event happening 30 years ago with calendars or one off lines mentioning the year to be 1982.
Mabel had it too in the episode. Noticed it during the Wendy/Dipper scene and other scenes.
There's many ways the episode can be taken, many of which sorta worry me.
Not usually. The Time Traveler's Pig shows how changes to the past affect the future.
RV actually. Looks like Robbie peaked in his youth artistically.
Little did she realize she (may have) just crushed his confidence which led to Toby not fulfilling his dreams.
I mean, Dipper and Mabel being back in time 10 years ago closes the loop, so their actions were already taken into consideration in the present time.
