Well Skye is "the heart" of the team, but her empathy powers seem to be handling the issue the wrong way, trying to tell Fitz to not push himself. It's hard to imagine the rest of the team being willing to put in the time or effort given they are busy with other tasks.

Wow. Just thought Fitz wanted to keep Simmons "in character" since she seems to have a type on the show that Mac seems to fit.

What material would make that innuendo make sense?

She's such a groupie to gifteds.

So it's true what they say about British people in media. Can they ever not play the bad guy? It's only a matter of time until Nick Blood switches sides at this point.

Cho comes across fairly egotistical in the pilot. And though the episode didn't go into it, Karen has to be good at her job to be considered the "best" salesman. I'll agree it's still lopsided, but I think the flaws for Cho are shown here. I'll also say if Karen's good qualities were shown here it would be harder to

In the show's "defense", the show is based on a play in the early 1900s, so I can psuedo-understand the sexism. And it's been inherent throughout television. She's All That is the most recent example of a similar premise of a man changing a woman to what is deemed "normal" in society (a 15 year reference, dang).

Thought Hollywood already tried this with Beastly.

I bet the piece comes from the Russians. They gotta play a big part in the movie, right?

Honestly I feel like a Jenga movie could have a workable premise. But tetris?

The sad part is the movie did make over $200 million internationally and $300 million worldwide…
I mean, on the technical side given international costs and the production budget of $209 million, they probably did end up losing money from it, but it did way better than it should have.

Nobody watched the film? I only know of it due to the Nostalgia Critic myself.

With a new director, and even a new direction, there's a chance the sequel could be good.

Anyone have the music without the characters talking?

The dating profile and the boss' speech hit me hard. I gotta wonder which style makes more profits overall, having a reputation of being able to find someone that could go the distance, or having an app that's meant to just lead to random hookups.

Episodes of a show are graded relative to the show itself and tend to be dependent on the author of the article. Obviously pilots can't be compared to the show itself, and tv reviews could be seen on a different scale than episode reviews.

mostly asked to learn about genetics so yeah, fairly happy

That was dumb of me to ask.

The moment I typed this, I realized how obvious the answer should be.

I was actually hoping for Ayase myself. Then again I was hoping the story was going to be more about siblings developing a stronger bond than…what it became.
