I'd assume they do. You'd be VERY surprised how many cartoon shows/movies use Harmony. It makes HD cartoons much easier to produce and very nice and clear for everyone's fancy 1080p tvs.
Most animated shows/movies (the "hand drawn" ones, at least) use a program called Harmony.
