I loved it and actually enjoyed the ostentatiousness.  It was very cocky and as such, very Mad Men.  It was like, "Yeah, we're a filthy rich TV show in our prime.  We'll score the rights to use the Beatles, buy a few vintage Jaguars to play with, and pay for the sight gags in Roger's LSD trip.
