@dah_sab:disqus  Both James and the senator wanted to destroy the evidence against them. Ellen wouldn't be sure if he was guilty. Neal knew he was guilty because of the contradiction between his story about his spare gun and what was in the evidence box. I take it James didn't want to live in the shadows anymore. Not

@terpsichory:disqus : That's understandable. I don't like too much spoilers, but I like to know what to expect.

Sometimes networks make it impossible for people to watch a show, uh, legally. One of the fumiest things made about that subject was the oatmeal comic about Game of Thrones: http://theoatmeal.com/comic…

The Mentalist ratings have been terrible this season.

I second that!

With this episode, I can say Psych is really back. Good episode.

During that conversation, I kept thinking what if she was a spy? Doubt she is, though.

I loved that whole scene from the moment Claudia came in.

"The Great Acidventures of Walter Bishop and Mozzie": Chapter One: "Resolving Anomaly BARTY-4815162342".

I see the new episodes on iTunes almost on the same airing day or early next day.

From what the show creator said, it sounds like there won't be a time jump. I have to say, though, that I'm not sure I like what I read about the show's direction in season 5: http://www.hollywoodreporte…

The way I see it is that smart, genius, talent, and skill are different things. Neal has all these attributes in abundance, which makes him unique. I think he learned enough on many fields to make him look like an expert. Him being in his mid-30's and never went to college or worked should have given him a lot of time

"I don't understand why Neal didn't stop James": My take on that is that he was in a shock.

I see your point here, but I think the Neal character was always meant to be a genius, not just a conman. I think the show established that back in the pilot when Neal did that complicated mathematical calculation in his head in mere seconds. I understand that the genius thing might look like it's something new to the

Heh… Her face doesn't move, and she looked like she was reading from cue cards.

The scenes were shot on location. I remember the cast talking about that when they were shooting back in August. It's also been mentioned in promos leading to the episode.

Yeah, that didn't look good. Wasn't bothered too much by it, though.

Well, White Collar knows how to do finales, that's for sure. That cliffhanger has the potential of making season 5 very intriguing, and I hope this will be the case. But, then again, the show did great cliffhangers in the finales before, only to quickly resolve them and get back to the status quo.

That was an epic moment.

White Collar was promoting this episode as having a guest appearance by "The Wire's Pablo Schreiber".
