All fair points. Maybe it's just me, but I feel these kind of moments are more lopsided with the female characters. But you bring up a good point about all the characters doing dumb things. Although the example you gave with Don blurting that out to Sloan (while stupid) wasn't really interrupting work. He was talking

I still find the unintentional (?) sexism in this show to be ridiculous. Don's treatment of the flight attendant for instance. Granted, her gender could have had nothing to do with this, and it was just him being annoyed by flight regulations in general (and being consumed by getting off the plane to be DELIVERING the

See, I really liked Season 3. At least for me, it was the best season in terms of the acting, and character growth. I know Miguel wasn't your typical villain, but I loved him for that very reason.

I know it was an honorable mention, but 4 Days Out really should have been on the main list. Same with Half Measures. Those 2 are easily some of the best of the series.

I get this is Sorkin, but I'm tired of that being used as an excuse. I know Sorkin's style, and I get there is a certain flavor you accept when watching his show. But that doesn't mean Sorkin can't do his own style poorly.
And this is easily some of his worst work. I actually support a lot of the ideology that

I disagree with this. Sometimes some things are just better than others. In the case of Mad Men, I find Season 1 to be better and more consistent (in terms of the writing, the pacing, the actual episodes themselves) than the other seasons. Hah, this gave me a great laugh.

Okay so, the episode was better than the past season. But it's also still weighed down by the side plots no one cares about. So while I think the episode was more enjoyable than what it has been, it still was very uneven and bogged down in spots for me to give it higher than a C-

So anyway, this episode was mostly…enjoyable. I think the tragedy of the Killing is that it could have been really good under someone else's direction. Had it always been more of a direct drama, instead of being a gimmicky mystery show that uses contrived plot and twists to throw you off the trail. As a result of

I don't think Richmond is a suspect anymore? Linden and Holder didn't seem to really be interested in him. They were more so looking into Gwen and Jamie (or someone on his staff). Not Richmond himself.

Some of you have forgotten to take your brain medicine (especially you Todd). I'm shocked to see so many people rank season 2 and 4 above 1. In my mind, it was Season 2 and 4's unevenness that always made me question the shows praise as the definitive best drama on TV no questions asked (always thought Breaking Bad's
