Alternative Romance
I'm loving how Jack and Liz offer an alternative to the regular sitcom romance story - their friendship is so much more beautiful and creative than most of the 'Ross and Rachel' type storylines we see on tv!

Is Sue a real character after all?
Even though I was totally on edge with the whole Sue/Becky/Sue's disabled older sister plot line, I have to admit that i was really moved by the sisters together. Jane Lynch nailed the performance, as usual, throughout - honest, tough, not at all sappy, but really emotionally

Original killings not Trinity's?
I guess I haven't really considered the idea that the original killings of Trinity's family were random acts of violence that marred him much like Dexter's mother's murder. Does anyone else actually think this? Based on what? If Trinity is just a trauma survivor too, where is the

Do Dexter and Rita have an ideal marriage?
Or if not ideal, at least a perfect glimpse into what it actually takes to make intimacy work? I've always loved the "Dexter the anti-social outsider helps us understand normal people" twist to the show, even if it can be a little cheesy (remember the scene a couple episodes

not so bad
i thought this episode was better than others - i liked the red america/blue america stuff and thought Jenna's speech to the boys was hilarious. I thought the pacing was better than the last couple of weeks, too….it always takes 30 Rock a few weeks at the beginning of each season to find it's stride. BY

Going too Far, and Knowing It
I loved that we saw both michael and andy realize at different times that they had gone too far on something last night - Michael mocking himself and Andy kissing Pam's belly. Such moments of self-awareness are genuinely sweet and make me love both characters even more.

Pam's Mom
Oh, and we saw Pam's mom at the wedding - pink dress, she was hanging out with Michael.

Crack and Egg on Your Head
Favourite moments: Creed weeping at the music - every episode Creed does something hilarious but poignant. He's a great character whose depth we often miss. I had totally forgotten that creepy song that Dwight sang as he gave Michael the back rub too - crack and egg on your head let the

A woman who actually questions the attractiveness of boorishness? That's a dealbreaker. Come on - it could have been so much funnier if it wasn't just another "Liz Lemon is a man-repellent proto-feminist" joke!
