As a current university student I spend most of my life procrastinating on assignments through pop culture (It is actually really easy to justify when you are doing a BA in Film). Just this week I skipped two lectures and instead engaged in a TV Club Classic inspired re-watch of "The Thick of It" and last week I blew

I was thinking the same thing until I realized that the study group has already gone camping in "Paradigms of Human Memory."

You're a member of the North American Marlon Brando Look-Alikes?

You're a member of the North American Marlon Brando Look-Alikes?

I know what you mean, I had a friend visiting from out of town who hadn't seen most of the third season (from after Heart of Archness) and we just sat down and watched the entire season in one sitting

What was I thinking, you are right I must have got turned around because my 100% legal (cough) version of the episode had this weird preview for a new lifetime show placed in the middle of the episode for some reason.

I'm finally reading a Mad Men review early enough to comment on it.
If only I had something to say other than the fact I could have sworn that this episode took place over 2 and a bit days instead of 1 and a bit, with Jane and Roger having LSD the night before Peggy and Don's plots.

As a New Zealander, I'm very excited to have been able to see a film before many Americans as it happens so rarely and instead I usually end up reading everyone rave about a movie and have to wait months to see what they were talking about. So getting The Raid and soon The Avengers before all of you leaves me feeling

While the miscommunicated messages gag is quite old, I did like the idea of changing the contacts on a cellphone.

I also went to see The Raid and I think that the key to its success was that while the story was just the setup for all of the awesome action scenes, it was coherent and logical enough that it didn't work against the film.

So one of those Egg Council creeps got to you too, huh?

@avclub-f97ba6a62cae77e83745f99355470508:disqus Does it run HD videos yet? I used to have that setup but had to change because I had issues getting it to play .mkv files

Did anyone else feel that Jordan became the lead during the sketches in this weeks episode? In previous weeks it had seemed like the sketches were an even partnership but this week a lot of sketches relegated Keegan to the background like the record deal sketch and the shot dick sketch.

@avclub-ec6fd6e97ff1f514bd69d90c6fbec5ce:disqus  Having watched the last three and a bit seasons of the wire in a big two day marathon I absolutely understand how easy it can be to just keep watching.

I thought the pilot was ok, but I had some problems with it. Firstly, what the hell was up with that song at the end of the episode? It had never been implied in the first 40 minutes that there would be integrated non-backstage singing and I felt it was very weird to suddenly have a duet between characters who weren't

I too would enjoy Arkham game coverage

That is so awesome, I had no idea it aired today
