There's nothing Daffy about it. You're just being a Dick now.

Consistently.

Nope. That was Stone Temple Pilots. I think Scott Weillan made out with Brenda?

I've actually been surprised that it hasn't come up more. The guys at Penny Arcade have shown particular restraint since its a debate they have weighed in on heavily in the past, and, if I remember right, one in which they took many a pot shot at Ebert. I expected to see it come up more, but I've been glad it hasn't.

Dogs can't talk!
Woof!
Damn straight!

Back in MY day Dana Carvey was funny. That's the way it was and we LIKED it! We liked it fine.

It was pretty horrible. But it had some bits I loved. He did a Quint in a rowboat back before the whole Quint thing was horribly overdone. And his ugly dog's name was "The Cuteness", which is a name I've appropriated for various other things many times.

Naw. They were just good ole boys, never meanin no harm.

As a fan of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams I quite enjoyed the annotations. Sometimes a pointed and enriching aside is exactly what you need.

Yeah. Paramore, Avril Lavigne, and Hey Monday all wrap up nicely together in the same blanket with a lot more more pop than alt. They're only alternative compared to like Maroon 5.

True. The delivery on "*just* a bit outside" as made it a staple for whenever I horribly miss at something, but I've never bought a copy of the movie.

The idea of someone jerking off to Jacob's Ladder just made my day. Mmmmm, shaking torso demon…

You know what I say? I say, "Fuck you, Jobu".

Will do. I like the idea of viral communication and its exploration in media (this, Snow Crash, "Entry Taken from a Medical Encyclopaedia" by China Mieville). Its an idea of pseudo magic which has the feel of the possible about it.

Thirded on Pontypool. Has there been a New Cult Canon on that yet? Its the kind of off the radar awesome I would expect to show up there, even if it doesn't have so much of a cult yet.

"To go off the boil" in Geraldine Cumberbund Speak is to lose interest in eating rice.

Wait. I thought pussy on pussy action was the kind of gay even homophobes liked.

Back before the internet one of my roommates had a bootleg of such a thing. And indeed "When the Tigers Broke Free" and the long version "Empty Spaces" made it quite the awesome.

It doesn't just come to a stop, he has to point at it.

The "Scenic Route" feature on the AV Club did one on Skid Row a while back. Good stuff.
