There's also the impact it has on the overall ecosystem. If Gaiman releases a book in hardback, people who can't afford to buy it might buy a new author (or an old author whose sales are declining)'s book in paperback.

Hey, I just started watching it on hulu and am loving it. (Some of the review threads seem to think it's repetitive, in which case being forced to skip the first half of the season only works for the best).
