I have a thriller that Lions Gate has an option on about a serial killer who strikes by forcing people to swim less than an hour after they've eaten.

And he teamed up with Daredevil!!!
There are a lot of people who support this theory but unfortunately many scientists believe the brain will only show nom-nom-nom-inal improvement.
No, she wasn't *almost* in the porn version….
Yes.
Yes, it is.
See, I can't help thinking of it from a different direction. I imagine a co-worker who looks shaky on Monday and when you ask if he's okay, he says, "Oh, man, I was so sick this weekend. I didn't leave the bathroom for like two days."
And I'm gonna be thinking, "Good Lord, how many dicks did you suck, buddy…?"
Triangle Man
Dave's not here, man.
I'm basing this on the way the author is talking about the change to Gina's character: She started off this way, she's currently that way.
If the change was just to be a "course-correction" ("Boyle used to be this way but we decided that wasn't appealing so with no explanation he's now that way.") I feel that's just…
I agree with just about everything the author said here but I'm a little concerned about the recommendation that the show's creators "course-correct."
Isn't it okay if a TV show's characters are flawed, even deeply flawed? Aren't a lot of people here admitting that people who are "Creepers" or "Nice Guys" are often…
Uh, you *really* don't see the shadowy allusion to the bat symbol in the spotlight in this picture…?
It's pretty blatant.
We would have also accepted Harry Ballsack.
He investigates supervillains … with sexy results!
This just strikes me as the basis for the most awesome, lens-flaringest, bwomp-iest movie of all time.
Can't you just see the dramatic angles and the melodramatic music playing over non-sequitur lines like:
- Some secrets are better kept … from the cradle to the grave.
- You have no idea what kind of cry you're…
And I haven't seen or spoken to *my* father in more than 30 years because he physically abused my mother, often when my siblings and I were there.
But I recognize that I'm the exception and I don't judge others
(Including two brothers and a sister) because they couldn't do the same.
Also, while few people in my life…
She's his mother and she's alive. Which is easier, to keep a relative in your life but at arm's length or to explain to people who ask, "Why don't you ever talk to your mother?" by replying, "Well as a proud member of the bondage and S&M community…"?
She's his mother. He's telling Dan about his problems with her but…
[UPDATE: As a commenter points out below, the Austin PD website has the bond at $25,000, though the affidavit itself says $3500. And now you can read the whole thing, so that’s fun.]
If you just mean that you don't like Kevin Smith, there are lots of writers and artists who keep working who take a lot of criticism. If I believed this site, just as an example, I would think fans *hated* Brian Michael Bendis, Geoff Johns and Dan Slott (BTW, it's *me* talking smack about Slott on these boards…) but…
Oh, no…..
Gor blimey, what do you mean, guv'nor?
