I found this special edition of some UK music magazine that was solely on the history of the Kinks and it was pretty interesting, considering I'm a big fan too and knew little about them. A lot of their career though was a big success followed by lean years on and off over twenty years. Some of the most renowned

They'll be ready to start filming on this by this time tomorrow.

"We're just resting our eyes!"

Better get on this one, so I can both rip-off and copy both that Seinfeld episode and The King Of Comedy before I get arrested.

Yeah, not everyone in that shower is going to look like Cindy Morgan…

Maybe it'll be about how the ghosts have been gentrified out of Manhattan and Brooklyn and now they're all further out in the suburbs in Jersey or in Florida.

My favorite part was after that line when they showed a close-up of an actual wire just to drive things home.

Which actually ends up sounding dirtier than the original line.

I wonder if when Chinatown was originally released some hack critic gave it a bad review and complained that the title was misleading.

Even watching that as a little kid who'd never been to New York yet, I got that. New York in the 1980s was always portrayed as this sort of gritty, quirky place "you loved to hate" with a mugger around every corner even in comedies of the era, but at the same the films would always celebrate New York.

"Boy, we sure were some good fellas."

It was the Joe Pesci character that ruined it…he was an amusing side character in the second one, but by the third and the fourth it became this slapsticky farce whenever he was on screen.

More like "The Jungle Cruise", if you know what I mean…

No, but I've been to Action Park in New Jersey and that was close enough…

I Warsaw what you did there…

That's the worst name for an amusement park I've ever heard…

Not as good as the meth!

In my town we have a Los Pollos Hermanos-themed fast food place….it's called Taco Time.

Don't even think about putting on a Flat Duo Jets album either.

Lando always had the goofiest wingmen, Lobot and Nien Nunb…but I guess they weren't a threat to his swaggering, ladies man vibe…
