I think every rapper in that period sampled George Clinton's "Atomic Dog" at least once or twice—and probably sampled Zapp's "More Bounce To the Ounce" as well. Though with Dre's stuff—even the some of the bass riffs that he produced himself that weren't sampled were sort of slightly different versions of Parliament
