yeah they don't acknowledge Parker or Stone but they might be speaking at our graduation this year (fingers crossed!). People in the film department do make up stories about how they taught and inspired Stone though which is really obnoxious. Also Alex Cox is the man, such a great teacher. I had him for screenwriting

jonah's schtick is so annoying

I go to the same film school that derek cianfrance went to back in the day, and it makes me so bitter but for a different reason. This school is so obsessed with structuralism and avant garde that they don't even acknowledge that the blue valentine director went here. No pride whatsoever and it makes me so mad

almost

i know people here may hate animal collective but "On a Highway" is a great song about touring imo. Really sad, since avey and his wife ended up breaking up over issues of him never being at home I think

This episode went off of the grade scale for that mention.

Apparently Sandler was really pissed about funny people. Not because it made fun of him, but because Apatow added that awful third act. Sandler wanted the film to be a scathing look at his persona

why not zoidberg?

as a high schooler this show was really funny

what was the game from Final Fantasy Ten? Blitzball? So fun

yes that's true…because laugh tracks usually suck and those two shows are really awesome

Thank god someone said this

Yes.

he actually wins more nerd points because he realized that the scene in ice age that was being shown was in fact the first scene of the movie. In which, the mammoth does not appear, since it is only the squirrel for the first couple of minutes

he just seems so comfy

Tree of life: cool film

I love scott pilgrim, but I also love video games so I think that may cloud my view.

his generation is not josh groban

or the cure

kinda annoying of him to say there are no convincing love songs in his generation
