OK, that makes sense. I guess my confusion came from the fact that the way I've mostly seen it used, genderqueer seems to be presented as something distinctly its own, not an umbrella like you just described.

I understand the difference between cis, trans*, and gender-neutral, but can someone explain what genderqueer and genderfluid mean? I think I can mostly glean the latter, but genderqueer as something distinct and not just an umbrella term for the stuff I do get utterly perplexes me. (I know I could just Google it, but

I happen to think Sea Change is his most beautiful album. It doesn't have the brass or swagger of, say, Midnite Vultures, but the melodies and instrumentation are absolutely gorgeous.

You know, FOX turned into a ancient period intrigue channel so gradually, I didn't even notice.

I think Cool World flopped because it is terrible. That said, Monkeybone is decent fun.

God, Sputnik Sweetheart is gorgeous.

Leonard Cohen.

Can we get this guy banned?

Yeah, I think there are more people who think that everyone hates that version than there are people who actually hate it.

Telephone Free Landslide Victory is a decent enough record, but I think its main strength is in the novelty of its eclecticism and, of course, "Take the Skinheads Bowling." Our Beloved Revolutionary Sweetheart, on the other hand, takes that strength and focuses it into a much, much stronger album. If CBV's career and
