Yeah I know. I shuddered and looked away just because of the sawing noise. Yeuurgh.

I did like how they wrapped up Dooley's storyline. I don't like the guy but I guess he had his good points.

Yup. Good point.

I can understand that. To me though, the speech was the payoff for Peggy Carter the character. After putting up with all the sexism all season, she was due the chance to rub their noses in how myopic they had been.

I know! It was just perfectly on point.

Yeah, I thought that was why they had her in Cap 1!

I approve of this thing where you quote Firefly/Serenity on every episode review of Agent Carter. :)

This was the best episode of the season so far. I can only hope the finale next week will be as good!

Yeah that wasn't well played on his part. Especially when he could have resolved the entire situation by drawing Luisa aside and explaining exactly what Petra had been up to three weeks ago (hiding in her hotel room with a kidnapped blackmailer) and that there had been no ashrams in her life. Come on Luisa, she is

Nah. Jamal (Jussie Smollett) is cuter and younger and more innocent looking. And did I mention cuter? But the build is similar.

I do agree with this. Yara is sympathetic and makes Luisa likeable but *everything* you've said about Luisa is very, very true.

Yara was excellent in this episode. She has been a scene stealer on this entire cast of scene stealers and I was really excited to see how their whole epic romance went down from her pov. I found the breakout and interrogation hilarious and found the scenes with Rafael deeply sad. Rafael did her wrong and should

They might cast an actress for a second and then put the rest of the Rose scenes into Luisa-vision so that Rose still looks like Bridget Regan. I think that would be the best way to handle it.

That was the best line! I loved how Rogelio was like "No take backsies!!!"

I hear you. I basically stopped watching PoI after they killed Carter and that's a shame because I liked that show. I just wasnt going to watch one where the first character to die was an independent, woman of color brilliantly played by Taraji. Am I still bitter? Yes. To the extent of commenting three weeks later. Lol

Why thank you. :)

Good point! Maybe it is because Cassie is this celebrity/messianic figure out of another age for them. It would be like going back in time and calling Abraham Lincoln Abe. It might be totally natural in context but the people at home would find it weird.

I think he may be a latent/genetic carrier and the virus wouldn't get out until he's rendered down in some form. But then burning the corpse should take care of the problem. Unless that wasn't the mechanism for the release of the virus and something else is going to happen involving Cole which will get the virus

This is an interesting point. I am in full agreement with you that german doctors should not be prevented from pushing the limits of their science just by virtue of their nationality but in this particalur scenario the comparison with Nazi doctors is a hard one not to make. They too did their horrific experiments in

I feel like the episode didn't deliver on the potential conflict of that scene and has thus missed the opportunity. It was just shoe-horned in and maybe should've been used to greater effect in a less packed episode. I think the fact that Cole killed someone she knew was a good guy (irrespective of their fling) is
