Yayy! The review dropped. I thought today's episode was less exciting than the last one though. The pacing felt a little uneven.

That reaction to Rue was horrific. Especially because it was the part of the movie that resonated the most with me personally. (I hadn't read the books so I went in blind).
I can see that! He'd looks like he'd have been a great Ra's al-Ghul. I feel like I've seen him in a bunch of stuff.
Has a middle eastern actor ever played any version of Ra's al-Ghul in anything? Its just depressing. Remember when they cast Marion Cotillard as Ra's al-Ghul's daughter?
Its pretty obvious to anyone who is familiar with South Asian features who are going to be the ones who care most. Case in point, me.
Yeah, that actually annoyed me a little. I feel like if the name is Indian, cast an Indian (or South Asian) actor.
Ugh I know. But people will have had time to get used to an African American Iris by then. So maybe, not that terrible? Glass half full?
That's the one!
The Flash is a *great* example! I loved the scene where Barry and Joe acknowledged their father son relationship.
I'll try that, thanks!
Fair enough.
Now we know which TV show won the diversity prize! And only old people watch it.
There was that one show where in one reality a guy's wife died and in the other his kid died.
As a straight chick, I can also confirm that its totally hot.
I think it was also all shows that debuted during the 2014 season (obviously ruling out Brooklyn 99) because it was supposed to be this great equalizer…or some such PR bullshit.
I flagged this.
The Netflix bump is *always* significant though, I think.
Maybe not critical reach but from anecdotal evidence it seems that more people knew about/watched it than Hannibal. The ratings should show that.
All the flashbacks kind of used to kill it for me. There were so many! And we'd literally watched the same footage the previous week. That might mess with my binge watch. Sigh.
