I agree with you. Part of the problem is that Jeff has always been the "grown-up" (for a given value of grown up, of course) and Annie has always been playing the rather wide eyed ingenue. It makes the distance between them greater.

So if I am remembering this right Jeff and Shirley "are the same age" viz 34 in season 3. Annieis 18 in season 1. This makes Jeff currently 36 and Annie 22.

I think they might use Pierce's death to have a commemorative Dungeons and Dragons episode. They did say they were having one this season, right?

She was playing housewife awaits husbands return in the hotel room.

Yeah it did! Annie literally played housewife in a hotel room for most of one episode!

I found Blucas better looking (AND a better actor) in this episode than I ever did on Buffy. Hair? Wig? Plastic Surgery? Do men just look better with lined faces? (I actually think the last one might be true…)
