I think I was more enamoured of the writers for giving us backstory on
another character of color to really notice whether the backstory
worked. I loved that it was there…

Sarah Jones? Yeah, I wasn't intrigued by her either which is why I gave the show a miss. I should've paid more attention to the fact that Hurley was in it though!
Maybe I'll check it out when its on netflix. I am also always a fan of spooky shows having more spook so I understand your criticism.
Haha, I know right? Bad me for not helping ratings!
I think I finally started to feel kinda bad for Ichabod after the whole "You had a son" thing. And it did make me slightly more sympathetic toward Katrina.
Yeah, that struck me immediately as well. And then Abbie was like, "maybe she had to keep it a secret" and I was like — OK, plot point. Lets see where this goes.
I would love if they brought in Michelle Rodriguez!
I keep wondering if I should have watched that. It did have Parminder Nagra…I never got around to it though and then it got canceled. :/
hahaha
Good catch. I shall now go read her.
I loved that normally unflappable Abbie was so terribly unhappy about the haunted house.
Anything for thorough research although it is sooo hard…. ;)
That was definitely a "holy shit" moment for me.
Yes, he did know her name. And cared about her. That was established.
I think this was the scariest episode of the show. The haunted house stuff really worked well. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was constantly frustrated while watching Fringe of how poorly developed storylines for Astrid were. Broyles was better developed yes. Poor Astrid got five seasons of Walter calling her 'Astro.'
Oh it was Rue!!! I was wondering why she was looking so familiar. :)
I actually thought that the girl who was trapped was going to end up being his descendent. I'm really glad the show surprised me. I did call Abby being a descendent of Grace Dixon though.
Same here.
I like Jenny! I think she is totally bad-ass and I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up for her as Abbie's sister. It might take a little longer though given the fast pace of the show.
