although in the 1st season of P & R and possibly the second,  I'm sure if you polled everyone here, it would be the other way around. It's also not really saying much. Andy Dwyer is one of the best character o TV in my opinion, that doesn't mean Andy Bernard is awful (I mean this episod he is, but he's had his moments)

Andy's handled somewhat better than Robert California. It was a natural progressive. He lost his way when he went on a boat.

Point 1 makes sense to me, Brian's part of the story now. That's why they fired him. It's also not the people who are micing and filming Brian that he likely has beef with him. It's more the people from above
