yeah, but i blame the writers for making andy a douche so suddenly when he could have easily just maintained the same steadiness as last season. the writers clearly transparently wanted andy to become a douche

although to be fair, i think it's kind of in the show's bible that they're not that close. dwight would have realistically left jim without a second thought in tallahassee if he wasn't primed to be fired.
