I think it's good about the show that it would be a long debate who the meanest guy on the show is. It's that kind of realism I really enjoy about the show.

I've watched like 10 episodes of this show or so and still have no idea what Jennifer Coolidge does on it. No worries though, the less screentime she has the better.

I don't know why but I find this show very watchable despite not being particularly lofty or intelligent. I think I've watched more eps. this season than that of any other show. And I do have standards w/sitcoms: I find 2 1/2 Men and According to Jim too formulaic to surprise me in any way.  I wouldn't rush to praise…

Melissa Rauch is great, I agree. She's also attractive by my standards, i think she's gorgeous, but I think she's just my type. I've heard people say she's annoying or shrill or doesn't have good stage presence. I'm impressed that she was never really an actress and more a comedian
