Oh great, there go the gays taking over our deli counters. Turning the purchase of meat products into some sort of sexual come-on. Thanks, Obama.
I rarely watch Family Guy anymore, but I think there was more racism in the first three minutes than the show had likely compiled in the last three years. Were they trying to commit a hate crime against native Americans?
How does Javad Zarif fit into Saul's masterplan to fix the middle east?
Doctor Who turned into a Quantum Leap reboot so quickly we didn't even notice.
Yeah, yeah, the next Doctor showed up early. Get the high-pitched fanboyism out of your system now, because in four months time we all know he's gonna be on some pirate ship in space or palling around with the child actor of the week and he'll just be the regular f'n Doctor. It's a Doctor Who tradition to saddle the…
I still appreciate that Amon didn't have any mystical or supernatural powers, and simply gave people mini-strokes in their brains for great justice. In a world with giant laser kites and holy fire comets, he wields brain damage. On the one hand, that's some devious Hannibal Lecter shit, but on the other, that's just…
I don't know how many people know what I'm talking about, but when I was a kid there was that show Digimon. That's what these two episodes felt like.
The montage was the unintentionally funniest thing the show has done since all the characters started filling in T-Dawg's backstory only after he died.
Zombies can smell the menstruation.
Oh, that's a shame. Because that's totally an appropriate storyline for this little show to pursue and I only want the best for those fictional Iranians.
Has Saul fixed the middle east yet?
You guys having site maintenance issues tonight? New editor?
What with it being shot in Vancouver, and with the same producers and directors, the show looks, well, exactly like Fringe season 5. Just without any of the Fringe characters people liked.
Jane Kaczmarek seemed to have a harder time getting back into character than Cranston, plus it was to benefit Breaking Bad so the character dynamics weren't quite the same.
Season five is pretty much better than the previous four seasons put together once you factor in how terrible and cheesy some of those RTD episodes could be. Moffatt used up his biggest (bangiest) plot line, characters were getting whipsawed and erased from time, there are multiple ridiculous hammy monologues where…
I enjoyed how visibly apathetic and irritated those shoppers in line were with his man-on-the-street bit.
People bitching about B- grades is absolutely about insecurity, and the only thing Futurama quotes mean is that I'm an unoriginal hack.
What those insecure people are looking for is emotional validation. You're already reviewing the show, as opposed to a thousand other things of lesser quality or interest, it should be ok to point out that episodes about farting aliens are bad and the people making them should feel bad.
Also, I guess I’ll do grades for the sake of consistency, but I’ll warn you right now that I find Doctor Who murderously difficult to reduce to a single letter.
