I think Don wanted to go to Benehana's on purpose to get some insight into Japanese culture since the Honda account was brought to him so quickly. Having Bethany come with him was an added bonus, but him having the children that night was a work inconvience. And we did hear Don say he's relieved when he drops them

I think they're just playing into the "Every comic could be someone's first comic" mentality a lot in those early days. Though I do miss the earnestness sometimes.

I don't know, I think Kaylee and Simon will make it. She likes sex and he likes having sex with her.

No temporal displacement here, I was just making a joke about what O'Brien must have thought at the time, even though temporal casuality wiped out the event in question. Those wacky GLBs…

Actually that's an interesting dichotomy. Picard meets Guinan in the 1890's but the Picard we know in let's say Season 2 doesn't know it. And Guinan meets Picard in the Nexus but the Guinan introduced in Season 2 doesn't know it. Maybe one of the first interesting ideas I've thought about in regards to Generations.

I kept wanting the kid to really break and start questioning everything around him. "Hey, you a-holes told me my mom died! What the hell is wrong with you?"

But in the series finale Picard notes how he knew O'Brien built ships in a bottle. I think O'Brien gets creeped out by the possibility that those types of things end up in his Starfleet files.

My name's Steffs and uh I would also uh like to endorse a great talk show host also called uh Conan.

I got an American Samoa quarter yesterday. Talk about dragging the quarters on too long.

There was totally an episode where they tried that, but the water was out because it was so hot, and so they just got sli…oh, I've wasted my life…

Oh, did you back the wrong horse mister!

I enjoy grappling games so much I have a folder on my iPhone called Grappling. Who would have guessed it was a genre to me?

Wait…
Francie doesn't like coffee ice cream…

I also really liked Marge's "If I hadn't of driven down that ironic road" from the clip episode.

They do have SotN on the 360 for download. I played a bit of that on Saturday instead of this new one.

My mom used to tell me that all monster movies, in fact all B-Movies, were made so kids could make out in dark movie theaters or the comfort of their own cars at the drive through. So I thought Don's laser sharp, non-sanitized for kids version of that idea was hilarious. Of course I non-ironically enjoy Gamera as my

But what really makes the episode, what I never saw as a kid enjoying spaceships exploring new galaxies and phaser battles, is how much Picard believes in the Prime Directive as a matter of conviction. When I was a kid, and maybe this is because of Star Trek, it was tough to believe in God since you couldn't see or

That's so wierd. I was just talking about She's All That to my roommate yesterday because when I had to watch it as a projectionist I thought it was stupid how a spontaneious coreographed dance number would break out at prom. Because what kind of high schooler would do that? But now that's the basis of an entire

That's some pointed commentary.

I feel like I'm going quackers!
