Whoa, whoa, whoa! Conan once took a man's coat on SNL, on-air, while he was a writer. And I was riveted I tell you! I knew when I saw the way he took that man's coat playing a waiter, that I would follow him to any late night programming he would be on. And I always will…
Oh my God…
I've always felt like Jason Segel would make an excellent Ghostbuster.
I always try to avoid next times so I can be genuinely surprised by a show. But my
friends and I were talking and I didn't get to the remote in time. We were saying Hiw ballsy it was they would knock off Awesome, which also makes sense if the budget is as low as they say. We were also saying how bummed it made is that…
Actual Items for the win! "Mattresses are on sale! Heil Hitler!"
That Canadian DVD set got me through a tough time.
That's why TIE Fighter is still such a great game even 16 years later. Imagine being heroes stomping out the terrorists who are threatening peach and order in your republic. Getting to eventually fly side by side with a mystical warrior/pilot in a desperate attempt to save your emperor in the newest of space hardware.…
Nein Numb: The Man (?), the Legend.
@Lone Audience Good reading on the visions playing so strongly into Esau's plan. I too watched all of Lost after seeing The Incident (3 a week with only 3 weeks to go!) and finally having the scene between Esau and Jacob, along with Cuse and Lindeloff saying Jacob has never appeared to the survivors in any other form…
Didn't they also find out that Potter faked being crippled or am I just thinking about the Big Lebowski again?
I discovered Party Down on the Netflix Instant Queue and really enjoyed it. I watched the bulk of the season one lazy Sunday and got really involved with all of the characters. So I'm really looking forward to next season. And now I feel like I've seen the main character everywhere having not recognized him before.
I can't believe how many great games will be out in the first 3, more like 2, months of the year. I thought I could get a break and maybe finally play Dragon Age but I won't even be able to catch my breath before Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction. I'll wait on the reviews for Bioshock 2 to see if it's…
Where's Firefly?
Awesome!
Thank you for mentioning Barney Stinson's awesome
video. When it aired it was a rewindable moment I couldn't stop laughing at. By the time it came out on DVD I had forgotten about it and was a hilarious surprise when I watched it again. Now I can't get the damn song out of my head. Though it's a great…
@The Lone Audience of the Apocalypse I've read that story. Actually, this is worse, someone read this story to me. Ugh. I never thought I'd say this before but I think I'm going to get back to work.
Revenge of the Sith was a great pop culture moment for me too. I'm about 2 years younger then Star Wars and can't ever remember a time I wasn't into it. I could remember having the toys, losing blasters in my sandbox, having activity books where I would make Jabba the Hutt bowling pins. Then getting back into it in…
Hear no evil, see no evil?
Best Supporting Actor in a Television Role seems like the one to beat this year. I don't know who I'd even choose between NPH, Emerson, Lithgow, Hurt and…wait, Piven?
And where's Black Dynamite? I laughed harder at that movie then any other this year. It melts in your mouth.
