ACTING SPOILERS

Zeppo
I seem to remember that Zeppo Marx invented the device that released the atomic bomb over Hiroshima. So, he had that going on…

SPOILERS

@Clobberella - that's not even a word!

Donna becoming a major character is also what pushed Josh into being (probably) the main character - certainly he got the most screen time. It's because he was driving the plot (as DCoS) alongside Leo, Toby etc, and he was explaining the plot to Donna (and thus us).

ONGOING SPOILERS

California wasn't.

You're right, Kitty. Downloading TV shows for free is a lot like rape.

SPOILERS BOTH RELATIVELY SHORT AND LONG TERM

SPOILERTASTIC

I felt that the crochet sub-plot was tacked on and unnecessary.

The Wire S1-5.

Not true - it hit its low points in S5/6, and by S7 it was well on an uphill climb - never as great as in the early seasons, but a very good TV show.

I fell in love with the show in about 3 episodes time - The Crackpots and These Women. It has a lot of the fun with Leo's cheese day speech, and then it succeeded in getting an emotional reaction out of me from Josh's plotline - he was already my favourite character, and would remain so, cemented by Noel, throughout.

It always amused me when there was discussion in the British press about how much the people around Blair loved the West Wing, and wished we could have a British equivalent.

Can't agree with you there. The second season is comfortably my favourite (and would be in the contest for greatest ever with the 4th of The Wire and a few others).

And most episodes after he had the stroke - he missed quite a few late in the first season while he was recovering, but he was in all of the second season, iirc.

Realistic, but a fairly dull and annoying plot.

Also, Parker from early S4 is her fault.

Pervomatic: One of them can, but I'm not legally allowed to say which.
